Car Maintenance
Students in FE have been doing car maintenance this term. Each week they have been looking different aspects of car maintenance, for example checking the tyre pressures, the oil and the different parts of the car's engine.
Literacy
This term in literacy the students in FE have been looking at biographies and autobiographies. They have studied the life of Eric Morecambe, and visited the places where he lived and went to school.
Shopping
Students have regular opportunities to develop their shopping skills. They investigate prices, and become confident and familiar with the supermarket layout, by locating items, reading prices and then selecting appropriate coins in a real life situation.
