The Grizedale Centre is our brand new setting that aims to promote adult outcomes through social care funded places up to a maximum age of 25. The Centre provides leavers from the Loyne with the opportunity to manage their own wellbeing, focussing specifically upon physical and emotional health, whilst maximising their exposure to employability and recreational experiences and building positive relationships within the local community.
The purpose of Grizedale will be to ensure that young adults and their families are well supported to make the transition into an ever-changing adult world through an outcome-driven model.
The Centre is resourced with highly experienced staff who understand the needs of the young people it serves and are trained to a high level to meet specific communication, sensory and behaviour needs.
